Privacy Policy

Staff applications. When you apply for staff, the answers you type (Discord username, age, timezone, availability, and experience) are sent to our staff team in our Discord server. We don't store them anywhere else.

Account verification. If you verify on this site, we log you in through Discord and Roblox to confirm both accounts are yours. We store your Discord user ID, your Roblox user ID, and your Roblox username so we can set your server nickname and keep your verified role. We never see or store your passwords.

Public Discord content. The site displays our server's member counts, active session posts, and photos posted in our public media channel.

We don't sell your information, run ads, or use tracking cookies or analytics on this site.

The verification page uses your browser's session storage only to remember where you are in the verification steps. It clears when you close the tab.

Signing in during verification happens on Discord's and Roblox's own websites — their privacy policies apply to what they collect. Nickname and role changes are made by our bot inside our Discord server.

Want your verification link removed? Ask a staff member in our Discord and we'll delete the link between your Discord and Roblox accounts. You can also leave the server at any time, which removes your nickname and roles.
